The title pretty much says it all. I am considering offers between the two. Looking to go into corporate practice, most probably M&A, Funds or Cap Markets. Outside interest in Tax and Real Estate.
Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

Re: Debevoise vs. Cleary
Debevoise has the edge in most corporate practices except RE. For lit, they are probably more equal with each having their own strengths. Both are top 10 firms in NYC (assuming this is your market) and work on the same type of deals/cases, so culture might be the deciding factor here (I have heard great things about both). Also maybe factor in location? Cleary is downtown and Debevoise is in Midtown but is moving to a new building being constructed in Hudson Yards. Congrats and best of luck deciding!
