If there is any chance of you going into restructuring, I think Kirkland is the right choice. Not just because of their top notch debtor practice--also because I've heard some really negative stuff about the W&C restructuring group (some of their partners are screamers/high stress environment). I think it's a combo of the type of work they do and the personalities within the practice.

Thought you wanted to go to Williams & Connolly for restructuring lmao. K&E is the right choice. You'll work hard but you will learn a lot.
