Has anyone heard back from Norton Rose NY after a callback? Any idea on timeline?

Re: Norton Rose NYC
Nope, and the recruiter specifically told me + other candidates during a group video call “we will not ghost you,” gave a specific date we would hear by (over a week ago), and said she would email if their timeline changed (haven’t heard anything).

Not a group interview but the recruiter met with several candidates at once after the attorney interviews

Have you heard of anyone getting an offer? Unlikely they are ghosting everyone, but I haven't seen anything (ding or offer). Kind of confused.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sat Jan 30, 2021 5:25 pmNope, and the recruiter specifically told me + other candidates during a group video call “we will not ghost you,” gave a specific date we would hear by (over a week ago), and said she would email if their timeline changed (haven’t heard anything).

Haven't heard anything. Interviewed on Friday (1/29) and the recruiter told us the hiring committee was meeting that day and would get back to us that day or Monday (2/1). Silence since then

Still silence on my end. May send an email soon, but I don't know if it will do much/how smart it is.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Feb 03, 2021 1:17 pmRe-upping this. Seeing that someone posted that the HR said would get back to them that Friday or Monday but radio silence since is scary. Had a callback today and was told the exact same thing. Hopefully don't get ghosted.

The recruiter clearly stated that they will also notify the rejected candidates around the same time. It's weird that they just went radio silent completely

I also received an offer a couple days after my CB and I know another of my classmates got an offer there as well. It could be they are waiting for their initial round of offers to give decisions so they know what their numbers are.

Nope. Accepted an offer with a different firm. This whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 8:20 pmUpping this. Anyone received an offer as of 2/5/2020?

Could be that the Committee hasn't come to a conclusion. The recruiter said they meet on Fridays but don't expect a call until Monday (unless somebody heard from them on Friday for an offer, then we're all doomed).

I know it takes time for the process to play out, but the recruiter did set a very clear timeline.

RE:committee meetings - I was told on 2/3 that they meet on Fridays. Any thoughts on this inconsistency? It is unlikely that they meet twice a week, unless they changed the meeting to Friday because there were still ongoing interviews in the week?
