Latham's Koru7 test
Has anyone done Latham's Koru7 test before their callback interviews? The email says I will receive immediate feedback upon completing the survey but I haven't received anything. Does anyone know how the test will impact Latham's summer employment offer decision?

Re: Latham's Koru7 test
There’s a little info on the web about the company and their methods. Basically you don’t have any idea what preferences and weights the firm has placed on the various 7 soft skills, so the only way to take the test is just be honest and hope you mesh well with the firm. My question is whether it hurts you or not to simply not take it. Apparently it’s optional.
