I interviewed with some firms in a non-NY major market, and other candidates have already received offers after callbacks in the same day/week as mine.
How bad of a sign is this for me?

It’s not a great sign but there’s nothing you can do now to change whether they offer you, so you shouldn’t dwell on it.
