Lucky to have offers from both firms. General corporate direction.
These two firms are pretty similar. It seems like Cooley has better ranking and reputation, but Goodwin has better PE practice?
Would love any input!

Ranking is negligible. But one laid off 50+ during the pandemic, the other did not.

Does either Cooley SV or Goodwin SV have a 100% offer rate? Anyone know of 'no offers' to summers in the last few years? 2020 was an anomaly, and it seems like a lot of firms gave 'guaranteed offers' because of the craziness of the covid situation, so particularly looking for data for years prior.
