Background checks after offer

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Jan 28, 2021 12:29 am

It's my understanding that firms do standard background checks after offer acceptance. If I've been fired from a job for misconduct (was accused of stealing from the store), will that disqualify me in the background check phase? I will obviously disclose if prompted and i disclosed to my law school. It was 10 years ago if that at all matters and i have 10 years work experience since with zero other issues.
