STB (NY) CB to offer timeline?

Has anyone heard from STB (NY) this week? My CB was late last week, so I don't know if I should expect a ding at this point.

Callback last Thursday and offer received the following Monday.

Posting as an STB insider: Usually offers are within 2-3 business days after a CB, but we also hold some people for a week or two to assess other candidates and give out offers to some of those people later.

Thanks! Does STB send out rejection emails/letters within that timeframe as well?

Does your insider tip apply to non-NY STB offices? Had a callback with a STB office approaching 2 weeks now
