Longest wait for me was screener on a Tuesday and getting a CB email on Friday night of that week.

OP is just trolling. A CB is a CB. Of course, the sooner the better. But do you really think firms want their partners and associates to waste time on CBs with applicants if they didn't have an interest in offering?

Sorry if it came off that way, I’m not trying to troll. I read on other schools’ threads that a few people had been doing callbacks with the firm this past week and got nervous. On top of that, this year seems to be really brutal. I was just stressing hard and probably should have sent an email to my OCS instead. Thanks for the reality check though, what you said was actually helpful.

I actually agree with OP that these later callbacks are definitely less desirable since firms are filling up fast. Should have done OCI earlier...

I have no idea why GULC had OCI so late. You would think they would want to give themselves a chance to improve their numbers by getting us in front of firms sooner rather than later.

Waiting on, but not hopeful lol, Latham NYC, Jones Day NYC and Weil Miami (I am hopeful ab this one cuz they've been in contact with me a lot and are notoriously slower)

Just received an offer, one week after the callback through OCI. Not saying this to stress people out, but in case some people assumed (like I did) that silence in the first 72 hours = no offer. This process sucks, and for what it's worth out of 15 screeners this was my only CB and it led to an offer. There is hope, hang in there, and sending good vibes to everyone struggling through this.
