OCI Screener Advice
After finding out who you'll be screening with, how much time did you spend researching the firms? I'll only have about 72 hours. That should be enough time, right?

How many firms are you interviewing with? That will be an important variable, not only in terms of the time you can dedicate per firm but also in terms of the amount of information (per firm) you can reasonably hold in your head.
The world’s greatest, most detailed research dossier will be nearly useless to you during the interviews themselves, since it is fairly obvious when you are referring to / reading a document. (Yes, that’s still true even in a virtual environment.) I think it’s better to have condensed your research about firm X into a few digestible, well-crafted nuggets (i.e., bullets 1, 2, and 3 highlighting the distinctive features of firm X) that you can fluently speak to in an interview, versus having an encyclopedia’s worth of detailed but unstructured firm knowledge at your fingertips.
In other words, less is more, down to a certain floor, and at least some portion of your remaining 72 hours would be best spent “rehearsing” rather than gathering research.
For what it’s worth, as someone who recently did OCI, I dedicated 30-45 minutes of research per firm. That seemed to work well for me (converted 12 screeners to 11 callback interviews).
