Interested in tech M&A, which seems particularly strong (though small) at Hogan, but am curious if I'd be specializing too soon and/or missing out on Cooley's EC/VC opportunities and Bay Area name brand.
Would it be harder to go in-house at a blue-chip company from a non-indigenous firm?
