No one cares. No one cares whether you're "bro-ey" or whatever other bs. This isn't your college fraternity. It's a business. From your question, I'm going to guess you're more junior as this is more of a concern in the front of your mind when you're just beginning to make that transition from school to the work force.
All that matters at the end of the day is do you do good work and bill a lot? In other words, do you make money for the firm? Other than that, everything else is just fluff.
