Clerkship Clawback
anyone have any insight on clerkship bonus clawback periodsat the lit boutiques in California (Keker, Susman, HH)? It seems to me that the big law standard period is one year, but curious about these boutiques in particular. Thanks all.

Re: Clerkship Clawback
Just as a data point, I recently accepted an above-market bonus from a boutique in a non-CA market (although the firm has CA offices) that vested 50% after a year and 100% after two years. Hopefully someone is able to speak to the particular firms you mentioned.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 2:08 pmanyone have any insight on clerkship bonus clawback periodsat the lit boutiques in California (Keker, Susman, HH)?
