When? The window is send a quick "sorry" email was pretty much shortly after you did it. Now it would just be weird/awkward.

Probably not a big deal but IMO I would email them right back and correct. Ultimately mistakes happen but I think it looks better when you catch your own mistakes -- inspires just the slightest more confidence.

Ok I responded back quickly after his response pointing out that I noticed my error with an apology. Hopefully that wins back any points I lost.
