First Amendment & Media Litigation

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Dec 02, 2020 11:56 pm

I'm a current fed. clerk with some experience in First Amendment & media litigation (so I'm familiar with who the major firms are), but I'm wondering if there are any First Amendment/ media litigators on here that can share their experience in the practice area (newsgathering, content-creator protection, defamation defense, gov transparency/public access, etc.)

I'm interested in hearing about day-to-day life, QoL, partnership prospects, job outlook (now that Trump is on his way out), and any other information you're willing to share! And, if your group is hiring (or will be conducting post-clerkship hiring soon), I'd love to hear about that too! :)
