CIPP helpful for going in-house at FAANG (coming from finance)?
Wondering if getting CIPP certified in my spare time would make me more marketable as an big tech in-house candidate coming from a non-privacy practice (specifically finance). Any thoughts?

I’m privacy counsel at a non-FAANG tech company (like $50-100 billion market cap). I honestly don’t know what finance associates actually do, but if you’re shooting for something like Product Counsel, I do think CIPP certification could be helpful, as it’s very helpful for p counsel to be conversant in privacy issues.
