NALP Law Firm Employment Study
Do you feel like your law firm is always hiring? It might be because for every twenty associates hired by a law firm, the law firm will lose fifteen associates; the NALP Foundation found out in a study of over 800 law firms. In that same study, they found that the average rate of attrition was 18% from 2012 to 2018. They also found law firms hire eight female associates for every ten male associates. A total of 25% of the associates hired were minorities.

I typed an annoying spambot text to tell you this is bullshit engagement you’re seeking, and if this is what you’re being told to do, you’re fighting an endlessly losing battle to maintain engagement.

What is this bullshit? It's not like there's a dearth of threads going on at the moment. All you're doing is pissing people off.

Half the listed mods haven't posted in over a year. This website is a "hot mess inside a dumpster fire inside a train wreck," as Jake Tapper puts it.
