Miami Associate Salaries
Does anyone have a sense of what the salary/bonus scale is for mid-level/senior associates in Miami at the top firms (Greenberg, Akerman, White & Case, etc.)? I've only been able to find first year associate salaries and no information on bonuses.

White & Case
1st year: $190,000
2nd year: $200,000
3rd year: $220,000
4th year: $255,000
5th year: $280,000
6th year: $305,000
7th year: $325,000
8th year: $340,000
This applies to Miami. Would assume it is same or similar for peers.

Worked at one of the non-NY market firms and know people who worked at the others. Below is what I believe is the general “range.”
Holland & Knight:
1: 180,000
2: 190,000
3: 200k-210k
4: 210k-220k
5: $220k-$240k
6: $230k-$260k
7: $240k-$270K
8+: $250k+
GT is slightly below that ($10-15k for everyone class below).
Akerman is probably $15k+ below the Holland & Knight range. I knew a 7th year at Akerman making $225k, and that considered high.

+1. W&C Miami aligned their Miami pay scale with the New York office (and all other U.S. offices in the W&C network), effective January, 2019. Bonus scale in the Miami office has historically matched New York (even prior to January, 2019) which matches the "Cravath" scale with a minimum 2000 hour requirement (of which 200 may be pro bono/select firm chargeable). Annual end-of-year bonus determinations have historically been made and paid in February of the following year.

Do you have any knowledge of what the bonuses would be at HK? And would these be the same across all practice groups and south Florida offices?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sun Sep 20, 2020 5:10 pmWorked at one of the non-NY market firms and know people who worked at the others.
