Mid-Level Lit Associate Switch to Arbitration?
Has anyone lateraled from a lit group with some (little) arbitration experience to an arbitration group as a mid- to senior-level associate? Or heard of anyone doing this? Any thoughts or advice on this move?

There’s a such thing as an arbitration group that’s separate from a lit group?
