I'm submitting applications to transition from biglaw to public defender work. Anyone willing to give me any tips/advice on how to be a better candidate?
I recognize the major hurdle is proving that I want to do the work. Being a PD has been a dream of mine for a long time, I just got derailed by family issues in law school. Now stuff is stable and I really want to make the jump.
