Texas Character and Fitness
Is anyone still waiting to hear about whether they've been approved? I applied in January and haven't heard anything, but all of my friends have been approved. I have a few minor tickets, but they were all a long time ago, and none of them involve crimes of dishonesty.

I also applied in January but haven't been approved. I had no tickets/citations to report.

I applied in early Feb. and also have not been approved. How long does it typically take?

Nothing says approved, but I did have a late amendment. Looks like it went under review June 1.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Jun 18, 2020 12:07 pmFYI, I don't think you get an email or anything. But when you log in to Atlas it'll say "approved."

I applied last December and was approved in early May, if that helps. I think they may be taking longer now because they're getting more applications (what with the new acceptance of the UBE).
I remember it was about five days after approval before I could actually pay my fees and get licensed.

As I was told, they had the same analyst for like 20+ years that retired not too long ago, so the process is bottle-necked. Not sure if true.

I was approved late June/early July.
