First Year Offers Rescinded
I have heard that Stoel Rives rescinded offers for incoming first year associates. Can anyone confirm this, and, have others heard of similar actions by other firms?

I can't say the firm name because I was one of very few SAs that received a post-bar offer, but the firm I summered at in Southern CA (AmLaw 200 Firm) has rescinded first year offers.
So, firms are beginning to rescind offers, at least in the 100-200 ranked firms.

That's horrible. Any information on whether SA performance had anything to do with who got let go?
