Yes, absolutely raise this with your People team and/or your immediate boss. There may be a reason, but they can let you know what you might need to do or milestones you'd need to hit to be granted RSUs.
If it wasn't in your offer letter, ask if you need to be a certain level (seniority) to be granted options, or if you're a consultant, what you need to be a FT hire. GL!
