I am looking for honest opinions regarding my idea. I am interested in opening a virtual law firm. I have experience in bankruptcy, business law, and general corporate law.
What practice areas are good for a solo virtual law firm? What are some post-COVID practice areas to consider?

Sure, people do it and can be very successful. My pretty decently sized bank hired one of these virtual firms to process all of our NDAs.
