Title says it all. NALP says Ballard is lock-step, but I’m unable to find the scale. I’m specifically interested in the NY scale but if anyone can share any other city’s scale, that’d be helpful too.
Also, on a related note, does anyone know of Ballard is intending to keep its 10% reduction permanently? The NALP page shows the reduced amounts.
