Anyone have any intel? Vault says starting salary is $120-130k. That seems awfully low given that it appears to be a respected firm.

What are the hours like? Is partnership attainable?

How is it generally viewed in Chicago?

It's strong in labor and employment and IP. But the pay is lower than other big law firms because the scale is compressed since they are a Wisconsin firm. Still, good place to start especially if you do employment.

Is it not a place to go as a midlevel? How is the lifestyle? Also, does your comment mean that the pay actually starts at $120k?

Why are you asking about them? Did you interview there? Do you have an offer or something? It is big law. You work. $120 to $130 is what the pay would be in Wisconsin. Other offices will vary, but it will be well below market. But until you have an offer I guess who cares.
