Lewis Brisbois Delays in Raises

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Mar 31, 2020 4:18 pm

In spirit of contribution, I am told that Lewis Brisbois still has not given its raises to its attorneys. Apparently they are aiming for April 15, 2020, but even that is uncertain.

This was true. But it is not uncommon at LBBS and raises are always retroactive, and first quarter incentive bonus payments paid out in April or May, which softens that blow.

Really? That's a long time for raises to kick-in. Is it always that late (i.e., April or May?) How are the raises at LBBS? Like we talking $2,000, $5,000, $7,000, $10,000 per year? (I realize $10,000 is probably not realistic, but curious).
