Two partner screener; silence since (lateral)
Had a lateral interview/screener two weeks ago. Have not had anything yet (needless to say, no rejection either). Was wondering what turnarounds have been for others in this position before? Should I try and send a follow up? If so, to whom? The partners, recruiting head?

This happened to me. I ended up hearing back a few weeks later with a callback after following up.
