Time to respond to lateral offer

Post by tall-e-hooo » Fri Feb 14, 2020 4:14 pm

Just got a few offers in the last few days. Have two other interviews to set up in the next two weeks that seem very promising. None of the offers expressly state when I should get back to them by. How much is too much time? I want to do my due diligence and won't take any more interviews after the two that I still need to set up, but don't want to get on anyone's bad side by taking too much time. Is 2-3 weeks to accept/reject a reasonable period of time? I've never lateraled before so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
