Can anyone speak to the Media & Entertainment groups at Ballard Spahr and/or Davis Wright Tremaine?
Both firms obviously have strong media practices, but any information about QoL, hours, people, offices, etc. would be much appreciated. Specifically, the LA or NYC offices of both firms.

Re: Ballard vs. DWT (Media & Entertainment)
In Portland a few years ago, one of my friends told me the minimum was 1700 but that the expectation was higher. Don't know if that is true of other offices. He loves working there and has excellent quality of life. The firm seems to care about its associates and most his colleagues are mature. He has no plans to go anywhere else, even though other firms might pay a little more.
