I have an upcoming interview for a position in the Boston office. Anyone know about culture, comp, billable expectations (I know the billable min is 1800, but is something that low even realistic).
Looking for a place I can stay at for a while. Interviewed at many of the larger firms in Boston and I’d probably burn out within the next year or two (by 5th/6th year) at those firms, so I’d prefer longevity at this point.
