Method to Responding to Discovery?

Post by Raiden » Fri Nov 22, 2019 12:31 pm

I always dread responding to discovery. I don't know where I should start, and I feel like I spend more time on it that I need to. I feel like I need to use some automatic process by which I can just copy and paste relevant objections, but I never seem to get to that point. I usually just see what discovery I previously did and just use those objections as needed again (depending on the partner).

Does anyone else have some bullet-proof technique when responding to discovery?
