I received an SA offer from this firm, but am not familiar with the billable hours requirement, if one exists.
It’s a very well-respected mid-sized Florida firm that is strong in litigation. Very fun people, close-knit, and they don’t seem to be stuck up. Although they’re not one of the BigLaw satellites in Tampa with a high market salary, I’d still choose it over the other firms. There’s a real chance at partnership, too. I’d compare the firm to Lowndes or maybe Gunster.

Bumping this thread. Does any one have any insight on associate compensation (particularly mid-level and above)?

Very compressed. I think it’s like a $2500-5k increase per year.
