Anybody have any insight about MB's M&A practice in the Chicago office? Scoping out the market for lateral opportunities.
Curious in particular about:
-Do they do PEMA at all or is it mostly public company work?
-Are the hours at all better than say NYC V10 style billables?
-Salary + Bonuses are in line with CSM I believe?
Really appreciate any info you can provide.

You won't get market bonus unless you bill 2100. 2000, I believe, gets you 75% of market.Anonymous User wrote:Anybody have any insight about MB's M&A practice in the Chicago office? Scoping out the market for lateral opportunities.
