Anyone have a good sample? I’m trying to lateral and some of the firms I’m aiming for recently lost associates but haven’t posted any new positions. Thought about reaching out directly. these are for firms where I don’t know anyone (plus, the jobs aren’t posted, so I don’t know if forwarding a resume that way would help regardless).
I know people did this for summer associate positions when they mass mailed firms, but has anyone used this tactic with any degree of success? Care to share a generic sample?
