I am a junior biglaw lit associate and just got a great job offer at a plaintiff side firm.
The plaintiff firm says I need a conflicts waiver from a client (big bank) in order to make the move because I worked on a case that the plaintiff firm is involved in (though not lead counsel).
Do the large banks frequently grant these waivers for junior associates, or is the default to deny them?
