I can only speak to the DC office. Based on my own experience (1 day turnaround), what others have posted here and the experiences of my peers at one of HYS, the DC office is moving quickly, often giving same day offers.

I got an offer within six hours. If you've been waiting for more than two business days I'd mentally prepare for a ding.

If you get an offer you'll get a very nice Klean Kanteen thermos in the mail, probably the nicest swag I've gotten. They're also having an offer dinner a couple of weeks after OCI at least at my school (CCN).
