To provide a bit more color on why Covington is winning: At a general level, Covington is the regulatory powerhouse in DC, with competition from Wilmer and a couple of others. Then, more specifically, Covington is arguably the top firm in the country for CFIUS and export/sanctions. So it should be an easy choice for you.
