Had an OCI screener with a non-DC office. Partner insisted he didn’t want to ask me behavioral questions but claimed that the firm made him. As I was talking, I looked down and saw him grading my answers on a 0-3 scale. Like blatantly, to my face, not even trying to hide it despite claiming he was “just taking notes”. Based on the scores he gave me, not surprised I didn’t get a callback :lol:

I had a callback last week at the DC office. Have yet to hear from them.
