Conflicts Check -- Public Interest Organization

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Aug 16, 2019 6:19 pm

While in college, I did non-legal work for a public interest legal organization. (Think translating client interviews, reviewing intake documents, analyzing evidence using non-legal expertise, etc.) This organization, to put it politely, is extremely disorganized and likely will not have a record of whose cases I worked on. I probably worked on >100 matters with this organization (and saw client-confidential material in almost all of them), and I don't know the names of any of the parties.

I recently received an offer conditional upon a conflicts check. There is a literal 0% chance my clients could ever come up in a matter in any way. What should I do? Will this pose a problem?
