I received an offer for real estate dev (purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties). I have some knowledge about corporate work but I am not a number person eg. I received a C in corporate tax but an A in m&a)
1. How hot is this area eg. can I lateral into a large firm? This firm is small and has 3-5 star hotel clients.
2. Will I able to do this RE dev?
