DC OCI: How long after the Screener do you get notified of a Callback?
In the middle of DC OCI. Firm I had on Monday that I thought I slayed hasn't gotten back to me yet and sent out a callback to a class mate yesterday...Should I be worried? Could it be because I was only interviewed by one of the two attorneys because one of the attorneys had to run back to the office (unlikely but who knows)? Anyone have any anecdotal information that could help out?

It really depends on the firm and your info. I've heard of DC firms that don't extend callbacks until they've been able to get in touch with your references. But it's also possible for you to have a really great interview and not get a callback if your stats are below what the firm will take from your school.

I interviewed primarily with DC firms (also some NY) at my school's OCI last week, and know of several people who were doing the same. Our career services office had said that DC firms can be slower than NY firms in giving out callbacks, but I didn't find that to be the case. I got 7 DC CBs, and all came the same day or within 1 business day of the screener (the firms I did screeners with on Friday got back to me Friday, Sunday, and Monday). A friend of mine is doing callbacks in DC every day this week.
