Re: Personal or Firm Phone?
I don't think there is a credited response. I like having a firm phone so that I can leave it places and only bring my personal phone on occasions when I am truly not on call. I think having a separate work phone facilitates setting boundaries (e.g., after 11pm, I leave my work phone outside my bedroom, or I might leave it in the car before going into a movie on a weekend that I don't expect anything to blow up). The obvious con is that you have to be that asshole who carries two phones around.
