Cravath 3L Screener
Does anyone have any information on what this looks like? I've only ever seen info on OCI screeners and CBs. Considering 3L hiring is pretty unusual, it makes sense that I haven't run across that info, but I still have to ask.

Re: Cravath 3L Screener
Nearly all of CSM's callbacks are pretty standard "walk around and meet a bunch of partners". The screener will probably be why [practice group]/[why Cravath]/walk me through your resume. You got this. Be normal, but very driven. They like intensity.

The screener will likely be around 45 minutes and you’ll meet only with the hiring partner (eg, Karen Demasi) or practice group head. Likely more substantive/grilling than the OCI screeners.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone have any information on what this looks like? I've only ever seen info on OCI screeners and CBs. Hope that helps

Re: Cravath 3L Screener
OP here. I just wanted to follow up for anyone in my similar situation in the coming years who might find this thread useful.
Both of the previous posters were spot on the money. The screener lasted 45 minutes and was with a practice group head. It was a very substantive heavy discussion, so be able to talk shop in your targeted group. Almost no time was spent on my resume beyond my current SA position. "Why Cravath?" and "Why X Group" were both asked.
I was extended a CB within 24 hours.
