Lateral Miami to California?
I was wondering how possible it is to lateral from biglaw in Miami to California. Lets say the person has a couple of years experience in a Miami satellite office's litigation department, and is willing to study for and pass the CA bar before applying. Has anyone heard of this happening? Or similar situations?
