Monthly Bonus?
How common is it for firms to have a monthly bonus? Mine has a monthly bonus after you bill 180 hours to a cap of 230 hours in a month, ranging from $1k to $3,400. This is in addition to annual bonuses.

Re: Monthly Bonus?
My V50 does, but it's something minimal like $200, and it's only if you hit a streak of extremely high hours multiple months in a row.

Re: Monthly Bonus?
My buddy worked at a firm that gave you something like 400 dollar voucher if you billed over 250 hours. Pretty shitty tbh.

Re: Monthly Bonus?
OP here - my pay is $132k, so the monthly bonus of $3k is cool, just don't want to work 230 hours each month...
