Restructuring Litigation?

Post by Anonymous User » Fri May 10, 2019 6:35 am

I'm a fifth year litigator in NYC and looking to lateral to a V50 firm that does a lot of creditor-side restructuring litigation. It's a commercial litigation practice group that does restructuring, not a separate bankruptcy group.

I'm looking for some insight on hours, exit options, day to day stuff, etc. Although there are threads about bankruptcy, most are bankruptcy practice groups, debtor groups, or transactional bankruptcy work. This is exclusively lit

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
