I'm sure the answer is buried somewhere in these threads, but can somebody give me a sense of what's a normal wait for a decision after the final round callback for lateral move? Interviewed two weeks ago and radio silence since then.

It depends, but, usually, if I didn’t find out within a week, I didn’t get it.

Depends if they're waiting to interview other people and also on the availability and scheduling of the hiring committee. No normal process--can range from a few days to months. I would check in with your contact occasionally to show you're still interested, but don't give up hope.

Same situation. The hiring partner asked me when I could start at the end of the interview but then three weeks passed and all I heard is that they were still interested... Don't know if there is still hope.
