White & Case International Arbitration Group in DC

Any insight on IA group culture at White & Case's DC office? When I interviewed for the LatAm subgroup all the associates looked completely exhausted.

I didn’t want to answer absent firsthand knowledge, but I heard from a former senior associate that it’s a tough culture.

Some of the partners are top in the field though.
