Dovel & Luner

Anyone have insight, information, or thoughts on the firm Dovel & Luner? They are very small, but their recruiting email mentions a generous salary and real experience. One worry is their long-term viability; another is diversity of practice areas. Anyone go through their application process, or have a feel for them? They are so small that fit/personality really would matter, as would stability of pay for a firm based on a mostly plaintiff-side contingency fee structure.

They pay extremely well (they are very upfront about the compensation structure, and the sizeable bonuses, just look on their website).

That said, none of these concerns really matter right now. Get an interview and then an offer before you need to start worrying too much about this, because there's a reason they pay so well--they hire basically 0 new people, and those they do hire are pretty much the cream of the crop (check profiles on firm website).

Edit: They seem to heavily favor Harvard grads (founder went to HLS), so if you're at HLS and this is a hiring year for the firm, you may at least have a shot, assuming you have pretty much top grades. But, you may not get a ton of info because I don't think they've hired anyone in at least a few years.
